Charletta Erb, LMFT, pioneers nature-based psychotherapy and couples counseling for emotional wellness. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she combines outdoor therapy with evidence-based approaches to help clients thrive.

With a master’s degree from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Charletta brings extensive expertise in Somatic Psychotherapy and Bowen Family Systems Theory. Her experience spans prestigious institutions including Maple Counseling Center and the Family Therapy Institute.

Specializing in interpersonal neurobiology, Charletta helps clients understand how their brains function in relationships. Her unique approach integrates mediation, restorative justice, and nature-based healing techniques for comprehensive mental health care.

A graduate of Goshen College with a degree in Peace, Justice and Conflict Studies, Charletta’s background in conflict resolution enhances her therapeutic practice. Beyond her clinical work, she enriches lives through music, performing fiddle with various bands.
