ABOUT
I’m Mande John, your ADHD Life Coach.
Let me introduce myself.
I’m Mande John, founder, coach, and educator of Learn to Thrive with ADHD.
I launched this business in 2020 after my own journey with ADHD left me feeling like I was falling short time and again. Through coaching, I discovered the transformative path to becoming the person I had always aspired to be.
As a certified life coach, I blend my personal experiences with professional expertise to help you overcome your unique challenges and achieve your goals. I am a coach who will balance empathy with empowerment. I see and feel your struggles while helping you discover the skills needed to reach new heights.
Let’s do this together.
It’s personal.
I understand your brain. As someone who has struggled with severe ADHD symptoms leading to depression and anxiety, I am invested in helping you see and achieve all of your possibilities.
Being a happy adult, successful entrepreneur, and present parent with ADHD, I’ve done it all. I know you can too.
Let’s work together so you can achieve the success that hundreds of my clients have achieved before.
Still skeptical?
I get it, let’s see how it turned out for two of my clients…
