From Stuck to Success — The ADHD Reset Workshop
From Stuck to Success: The ADHD Reset Workshop

Bring one stalled goal, unfinished project, or change you keep postponing — and leave with a realistic plan for moving forward with your ADHD brain.

You do not need another perfect planner, a burst of motivation, or a brand-new version of yourself. You need to understand why you got stuck, what was missing from the original plan, and how to begin again without starting your whole life over.

Includes live teaching, a guided workbook, Q&A and coaching, a 24-hour replay, and a special bonus for participants who complete the workshop. Pick a date that works for you when you register.

The Problem

You had every intention of following through.

There was something you wanted to accomplish this year — a personal goal, a business idea, a work project, a healthier routine, a change at home, or something important you’ve been telling yourself you’ll get back to.

You may have even started strong. You made the plan. You felt motivated. You could picture what success would look like.

Then life happened. Other responsibilities became more urgent. The plan became harder to follow. You missed a few steps, lost your rhythm, and eventually stopped looking at the goal altogether.

Now you may be thinking:

“I should be further along by now.”

“I know what I need to do, so why am I not doing it?”

“There is too much to catch up on.”

“Maybe I should wait for a better time and start over.”

But the rest of the year is not lost. You do not need to wait for January, a new month, a quieter season, or a more motivated version of yourself. You need a reset that works with the brain and life you have now.

What This Is

This is not another workshop about trying harder.

You probably already know how to set a goal. You may have tried calendars, productivity apps, planners, habit trackers, schedules, accountability systems — and promises that this week would be different.

The problem is not that you don’t care. It is not that you are lazy. It is not that you are incapable of success. Often, the original plan simply didn’t include what your ADHD brain needed to keep going.

  • Maybe the goal was too broad, or there were too many steps.

  • Maybe the plan depended on motivation, or you were trying to change too much at once.

  • Maybe you didn’t have enough structure, accountability, clarity, or support.

  • During this workshop, we’ll look at what happened without using shame as the explanation. Then we’ll create a realistic way forward.

    Bring One Thing

Bring one thing you’ve been stuck on.

You don’t need to fix every part of your life during this workshop. Bring one goal, project, routine, decision, or change you want to move forward. It might be:

    • A work or business project you keep avoiding

    • A personal goal that keeps falling to the bottom of the list

    • A routine you struggle to maintain, or a decision you keep overthinking

    • A project you started but haven’t completed, or an important task that keeps losing to urgent demands

    • A change you genuinely want to make but can’t seem to begin

You don’t need to arrive with a perfect plan. You only need to bring something that matters to you.

I already know which project I’m bringing. We can reset together.

    What You’ll Learn

During this live workshop, you will learn how to:

    Understand why you got stuck

Instead of assuming you failed, you’ll look at what actually caused the plan to break down — and separate the real obstacle from the shame or frustration around it.

    Identify what was missing

You may not need a completely different goal — you may need clearer steps, fewer decisions, more structure, realistic expectations, or a better way to return after an interruption.

    Decide what still matters

Not every old goal deserves to be carried forward exactly as planned. You’ll decide whether it needs to be continued, revised, simplified, postponed, delegated, or released.

    Create an ADHD-friendly reset plan

A realistic plan that considers your current responsibilities, available time, energy, and executive-function needs.

    Choose your next clear step

You’ll leave knowing what to do next, instead of walking away with another long list of ideas.

    Learn how to reset sooner

The goal isn’t to promise you’ll never lose momentum again — it’s to help you recognize when you’re getting stuck and return to what matters without abandoning the whole goal.

    What’s Included

    Your $27 registration includes:

One hour of live ADHD-focused teaching

A step-by-step walk through the reset process, and why capable, motivated adults with ADHD can still lose momentum.

    A guided ADHD Reset Workbook

Delivered during the live workshop, used to apply the process to your own goal or project.

    Live Q&A and coaching

Up to 30 additional minutes for questions — examples connected to principles that help everyone in the room.

    The Result

You’ll leave with more than motivation.

Motivation can feel powerful in the moment, but it doesn’t always last long enough to carry a goal through real life. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of why you lost momentum

  • A decision about what deserves your attention now

  • A realistic reset plan for one meaningful goal or project

  • A specific next step you can take, and a strategy for returning after future interruptions

  • Greater clarity about the structure and support your ADHD brain needs

  • You’ll leave knowing how to understand why you got stuck, adjust the plan, and begin moving forward again — without waiting for a perfect restart.

What clients say about working with Mande

“Since coaching with Mande, I have learned to shift my thoughts and feelings, and ultimately have displayed more behaviors I take pride in. I’m truly grateful for the experiences Mande’s coaching has helped me pursue.”

    Tobi Johnson

“Mande coached me to navigate one of the most difficult challenges of my life: recovery from a brain injury. Not only have I gotten through it, but I am thriving. She taught me how to get back in the driver’s seat of life rather than being a victim of my injury. Her understanding of my ‘new brain’ helped me get my life back. I can’t say enough about her powerful coaching.”

    Helen Scott

“Mande had an amazing gift of helping people see through the obstacles in their lives to get to the best version of themselves. She helped make what I thought was so hard in my life a simple, understandable process so I could finally move forward and set myself free. Thank you Mande for all that you’ve helped me with over these past 8 months! You’re the best!!”

    Jeanna Giraldi

“I thought trying out life coaching was just to figure out my newly diagnosed ADHD. It was so much more than that. Mande did more for me than years of therapy could accomplish. She guided me to not only heal, but take control of my life. I still have a long road ahead of me but I know where I’m going and how to get there. I feel confident in myself and I’m excited for my future.”

    Sara Rodriguez

“Mande has a rare gift of meeting you where you are at and guiding you to where you want to be. She does it with wisdom, understanding, and humor. Mande talks the talk and walks the walk, as she is always resourceful in not just uncovering the thoughts and feelings at the core of inaction, but also provides guidance and support in creating small and actionable steps to change your habits and your life.”

    Yevgeniya Shafer

“Mande John didn’t build the tool shed. She made me see that I had all the tools I needed for life scattered about inside. Together, we systematically uncovered each tool, dusted it off, and immediately put it to use. Nothing feels as good as an organized tool shed! My productivity and confidence thank you for it, Mande!”

    Meet Your Coach

    Hi, I’m Mande John.

I’m an ADHD coach, and I help adults stop spinning, create structure, and follow through on the things that matter — without shame, burnout, or cookie-cutter productivity systems.

I know how frustrating it can be to feel capable, ambitious, and full of ideas while still struggling to consistently do what you planned.

My approach combines practical executive-function strategies with mind management. That means we don’t only look at your calendar, task list, or routine — we also look at the overwhelm, avoidance, perfectionism, discouragement, and all-or-nothing thinking that can make it hard to follow a plan once real life happens.

This workshop is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand what’s getting in the way and creating a way forward that works with your brain.
